At Creedde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fragrance, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
1. Return Window
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the fragrance must be in its original, unused condition. This includes the product being unopened, with the packaging intact, and free from any damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Used or opened fragrances
- Gift cards
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please refer to the “Damaged or Defective Products” section below.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back the item. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: After receiving your RA number, securely package the item and send it back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, please contact us for guidance. Once we receive the original item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the exchange and send out the new fragrance.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in unused, unopened condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refund Timeframe: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged fragrance, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +1 (303) 941-5743. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting us.
7. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
